Working with Becca was my first experience of coaching in general so I went in having heard good things (both about coaching and about Becca specifically) but I didn’t fully know what to expect or how to make the most of it. What I found was that our sessions together were a fantastic space for eliminating the noise and focusing on the big issues. Becca is fantastic at jumping between open questions that helped me to frame my thoughts and get to the route of whatever the biggest issue of the time was, and offering insights from her own experience in more of a mentoring capacity.
